Retrieving Results - The last step in search engines' activities is retrieving the simplest matched results. Basically, it's nothing quite merely displaying them within the browser. Search engines usually update their relevance algorithmic rule many times in every month. After you see changes in your rankings it's because of an algorithmic shift or one thing else outside of your management.
Though the fundamental rules of operation of all search engines is same, the main variations between their relevance algorithmic rules result in major changes in results relevance.
